Power Tumbling
Duration: 1.5 Hours Age Group: 9 years and older This new program is a multi-purpose class preparing the individual not only for gymnastics, tumbling and acrobatics, but also for a multitude of sports activities, as it contains the key components necessary for any recreational sport, high performance sport or simply a healthy and fit lifestyle. The program includes strength and power training, flexibility, targeted conditioning and endurance as well as basic acro and tumbling skills on trampoline and tumble track.
